Place Holder for a Blog Entry

I've had an idea for a post, but since I've been running on limited sleep for the past few nights, I would probably end up typing in circles. Just know that I have something on tap other than the last couple chapters of World serves its own needs, dummy serve your own needs.

I also have a Bruce/Natasha fic that I hope to finish polishing and post by the end of the weekend, Monday at the latest, so look for that as well. And if people would kick my butt for posting the fic, it would be much appreciated.

ETA: I also have a Being Human fic that's been sitting around on my hard drive forever, lonely due to having had my mojo for writing it crushed. If anyone wants to kick my butt on writing it, that would be much appreciated. I've already had offers for/have a beta, so I just need motivation.

I'm now off to fold laundry and collapse in my bed.

*grins* That's the one. It has suffered a combination of New Job and being so busy socially I haven't had a chance to look at it.

I may have a chance to look at it tonight, and I really want to get it done before school starts.

Yeah, I'm doing well with making icons for the promptathon, but on the fic front I'll be happy if I can just finish one more fic before the promptathon ends. Damn dissertation and dissertation deadline *sigh*.

I have sat down and written a page and a half of condensed beta notes, which is good. I usually sit down and pick out what needs to be done before I go back and edit because it helps me to focus and not be freaked out by the amount of work which needs to be done to polish the fic.

I'll see if I can have something for you by tomorrow night, my time.

For promptathon? I finished and posted three fics and four batches of icons. I have notes and words for about seven more *sheepish grin*. There's an Avengers/Firefly crossover that I'm hoping the deadline for the avengers crossover bigbang will encourage me on, but I have thousands of words of backstory and I'm sure what angle to start with. There's a His Dark Materials crossover, which will get finished, a few of my own prompts that I'd like to play with, and then little bits of notes on others. Plus I want to read ALL THE THINGS that other people have posted :D

Yeah, you should see the notes I've gotten on my dissertation so far *whimpers*.
